It is designed for printing items as they pass by. The printers use the friction of the passing items to trigger printing. Messages up to 180mm long can be quickly assembled with individual characters or logotype (multi-character strips) for convenience. As the printing wheel rotates, ink is applied to the printing dies with an ink roller for clear and even printing.

Rubber type is easily removed and installed in the dovetail groove of the printing
wheel for fast changing of printed information. Your logos or your customers'
information can be printed along with date codes, part numbers, or other information.

Features:
1) Rubber type: we offer a wide rang of rubber type and fonts ranging in size
from 6mm to 20mm. Boxed font sets contain an assortment of individual type
characters designed to meet most customers' needs
2) Single sorts: individual characters can be ordered when only a few characters
are needed
3) Logos: a logotype is lines of characters molded in one piece. Logos provide
superior quality impressions over combinations because of uniform type wear
4) Date code sets: includes one piece logos for each day of the year. Benefits
include even wear of type, and less risk of operator errors
5) Rubber choices: natural rubber is best for general purpose use with water-base
or alcohol-base inks. Buna is recommended for use with oil-base inks, and inks
made with hydro-carbon derivatives
